- Perform routine clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, courier packages).
- Maintain accurate records and update databases with relevant information.
- Assist in preparing reports, forms, and office communications.
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide basic customer service.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain office calendars.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment when needed.
- Support HR and finance teams with documentation and data entry tasks.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and confidentiality standards.
