Build, verify, and deploy TIBCO-based software solutions, ensuring system stability and performance.

Support the upgrade of existing software and manage software lifecycle activities including decommissioning old TIBCO processes.

Construct and support TIBCO BusinessWorks (BWCE, 6.x, and 5.x) processes, including new file transfers and integrations.

Configure and manage Linux and Wintel environments to support application infrastructure.

Troubleshoot and debug issues related to TIBCO processes and enterprise integration environments.

Participate in CI/CD and DevOps practices, contributing to agile, secure, and efficient integration workflows.

6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in TIBCO integration solutions, especially TIBCO BWCE, BW 6.x, and related middleware technologies.

Strong experience with YAML, Java, JavaScript, SQL, web services (SOAP/REST), JSON, XML, UML.

Proficiency in integration tools such as EMS, FTL, eFTL, Mashery, Hawk, TRA, and other related plugins.

Experience with Azure deployment (preferred), Git, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps methodology.

Proficiency in monitoring and alerts configuration using Splunk Dashboards and Dynatrace.

Excellent understanding of SOA, ESB, and enterprise integration architecture.

Strong knowledge of XML technologies including XSD, DTD, XSLT, and XPath.

Optional certifications in TIBCO BusinessWorks, Azure Fundamentals, or Splunk.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including handling thread dumps and memory issues.

Independently develop, troubleshoot, and support enterprise-grade integration solutions.
