The Team
We are seeking a Senior Associate with 4–6 years of experience in modern data platforms and Finance Transformation. This role combines deep technical expertise with business process knowledge to design and implement scalable, production-grade solutions supporting Finance functions such as Financial Reporting, Financial Close, Cash Forecasting, FP&A, and Order-to-Cash (O2C). The ideal candidate will leverage Databricks, Snowflake, Python, and SQL to drive data modernization, analytics, and intelligent automation initiatives.
- Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Python, SQL, and PySpark
- Experience designing and implementing Lakehouse architectures and cloud-native data platforms
- Expertise in ETL/ELT frameworks, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts
- Hands-on experience with data migration & modernization across Databricks, Snowflake, similar platforms
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and orchestration tools
- Exposure to integrating AI/GenAI capabilities into data pipelines and workflows, including intelligent data extraction, enrichment, classification, or automated quality checks
- Understanding of data governance, security, and performance optimization
How you will contribute
As a member of the A&M Finance Transformation Data Engineer team, you will:
Design and deliver scalable, production-ready data solutions supporting Finance Transformation initiatives across Financial Reporting, Financial Close, Cash Forecasting, FP&A, and O2C
Build & optimize data pipelines using Databricks, Snowflake, Python, SQL, and PySpark
- Execute data migration and modernization programs across cloud data platforms
- Develop analytical datasets and data models supporting financial statement modeling, forecasting, and management reporting
- Identify opportunities to embed AI-driven capabilities into ETL/ELT pipelines and Finance data processes
- Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to translate process requirements into technical solutions and automation opportunities Ensure data quality, security, scalability, and operational reliability Communicate solution approaches & effectively manage multiple stakeholders across business & technology teams
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, or Finance Transformation
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale, production-grade solutions
- Strong expertise in Databricks, Snowflake, Python, SQL, and cloud-based data architectures
- Experience supporting or transforming Finance processes such as Financial Reporting, Financial Close, FP&A, Cash Forecasting, Treasury, or Order-to-Cash
- Understanding of financial statement, planning & forecasting processes & management reporting
- Experience with data migration, ETL/ELT development, and modern Lakehouse architectures
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across business and technology teams
