Job Description:
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and operations.
- Supervise administrative staff, office assistants, receptionists, and support personnel.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office files, records, documents, and confidential information.
- Coordinate internal and external communication including emails, letters, circulars, and official correspondence.
- Ensure smooth scheduling of meetings, appointments, and official events.
- Support HR, accounts, admissions, examinations, and academic departments in administrative coordination.
- Maintain a professional and organized office environment.
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the management.
- To be honesty and trust-worthy to the organization.
- To maintain punctual.
