Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to manage after-sales service operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, ensuring timely resolution, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and concerns related to after-sales service
- Conduct feedback calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on pending cases
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customers via calls and emails
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Good typing speed and proficiency in MS Excel
- Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
