About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Sr. Executive to drive business growth in the Electrical EPC and Renewable Energy sector. The ideal candidate should have experience in Industrial Sales, EPC Projects, Electrical Infrastructure, Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, Utility Projects, or Power Distribution.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a rapidly growing organization delivering large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities across Industrial, Commercial, Infrastructure, and Renewable Energy sectors.
- Identify upcoming EPC, Electrical Infrastructure, Solar, and Utility projects.
- Develop relationships with Industrial Clients, EPC Contractors, PMCs, Consultants, Architects, Government Organizations, Utilities, and Renewable Developers.
- Meet decision-makers and prepare techno-commercial proposals.
- Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to project award.
- Coordinate with estimation, tendering, engineering, and execution teams.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, client presentations, and technical discussions.
- Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and monthly business reports.
- Achieve revenue and order booking targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong network within Industrial, EPC, or Renewable Energy sectors will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project development.
