Key Responsibilities
- Calculate monthly and quarterly sales commissions, incentive payments, and other business adjustments, true-ups, and accruals in alignment with plan rules and policies
- Validate, reconcile, and maintain sales performance data to ensure accurate and timely payouts, including identification and resolution of anomalies and compliance audits
- Enter and maintain compensation data in tools/systems like Salesforce, CaptivateIQ and Google sheets/Excel
- Document calculation steps, assumptions, and processes to maintain audit-ready records
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales compensation, financial operations, and revenue operations. Experience with commission calculations is also required.
- Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills (English language required)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and CRM (Salesforce); experience working with compensation tools (e.g., CaptivateIQ) is a plus
- High attention to detail, curiosity critical thinking, and rigorous data validation skills; comfortable investigating and resolving discrepancies and data anomalies
- Responsibility for handling sensitive pay and performance data with high integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently across time zones (overlapping with Boston USA and Western EU), meet deadlines on time with high quality output, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high volume environment
