Job Description: Utility Operator

Role Objective
To operate and maintain utility systems such as boilers, compressors, chillers, cooling towers, and water treatment plants, ensuring uninterrupted supply of utilities for smooth plant operations while adhering to safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Utility Operation: Operate boilers, compressors, chillers, cooling towers, and other utility equipment as per SOPs.
- Monitoring: Track and record utility parameters (pressure, temperature, flow, etc.) to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintenance Support: Assist in routine checks, preventive maintenance, and minor troubleshooting of utility systems.
- Safety Compliance: Follow statutory and plant safety guidelines during operations.
- Documentation: Maintain logbooks, shift reports, and records of utility consumption.
- Coordination: Work closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted utility supply.
Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical or equivalent.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Utility Operator in industrial plant.
- Knowledge of boilers, compressors, chillers, and water treatment systems preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of utility equipment and operating procedures.
- Ability to monitor and interpret process parameters.
- Familiarity with safety standards (Factory Act, OSHA, etc.).
- Teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.

- CTC Range: ₹30,000 – ₹33,000 per month (max)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
