- Achieve daily production targets as per the production plan.
- Supervise molding, core making, melting, pouring, and fettling operations.
- Ensure castings are produced as per quality and customer requirements.
- Monitor process parameters and follow approved work instructions.
- Allocate and manage manpower effectively during shifts.
- Ensure safe working practices and proper use of PPE.
- Reduce rejection, rework, and production losses.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning departments.
- Monitor machine and equipment performance and report breakdowns.
- Maintain daily production, rejection, and downtime records.
- Support new product trials and process improvements.
- Train operators and ensure shop-floor discipline.
- Ensure timely completion and dispatch of production orders.
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and cost control.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹34,106.51 per month
