We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who are interested in agriculture, dairy farming, and field coordination to work closely with farmers and support farming operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit cattle farms and dairy farmers regularly
- Conduct regular field visits to build trust and expand the farmer network.
- Educate farmers on company processes and quality standards.
- Conduct morning field visits (7:00 AM – 10:00 AM) to interact with farmers
- Support Farming Executive and Veterinary teams during farm visits
- Collect field data and farming insights
- Maintain basic records and field reports
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with farmers and rural stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of agriculture, dairy farming, or livestock.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently in the field
Eligibility
Highly Preferable: (Agriculture / Veterinary / Dairy Science / Agri-related courses)
- Interest in cattle farming or dairy farming
- Local candidates (Erode & nearby areas) preferred
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license required
Experience
- 0 – 3 years experience
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
