Job Summary:
Responsible for driving sales by providing technical solutions, understanding customer requirements, and supporting the sales process with strong product knowledge and application expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions
Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical presentations
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and delivery
Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up on enquiries
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues
Maintain sales reports and update CRM data regularly
Generate new inquiries every 30 days for SSWP AR X400, AR X450, AR X500, Borotuff Wear Plates, and Borotuff Wear Parts
Required Skills:
Strong technical and product knowledge
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Candidates with experience in Diffusion, Ador, Wear Resist, SSAB, or Vautid will be preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
