Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for our property sales business. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of real estate/property marketing, lead generation, digital marketing. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote property sales.
· Generate quality leads through digital marketing platforms and other marketing channels.
· Manage social media platforms, online advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
· Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads.
· Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
· Monitor campaign performance and prepare periodic marketing reports.
· Manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximise return on investment (ROI).
Required Skills:
· Strong knowledge of property sales and real estate marketing.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management.
· Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools.
Eligibility Criteria:
· MBA in Marketing (Mandatory).
· 2–3 years of experience in Property Sales/Real Estate Marketing.
· Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
