Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager from the Automobile industry to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, and execute strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities with proven experience in handling teams, senior executives, and managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall Sales & Marketing operations for automobile products/services
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Drive business growth through dealer networks, B2B/B2C channels, and key accounts
- Manage, mentor, and guide a team of sales executives and regional managers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and corporate clients
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitor trends
- Oversee marketing campaigns, branding activities, and promotional events
- Ensure achievement of revenue, profitability, and market share targets
- Coordinate with production, service, and logistics teams for smooth operations
- Prepare regular performance reports and present to senior management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Automobile (Commercial Vechiles) Sales & Marketing (mandatory)
- Proven leadership experience in handling teams and managers
- Strong knowledge of automobile market, dealer network, and distribution systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinking with strong business development ability
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve aggressive targets
- Graduate / MBA in Marketing or related field preferred (not mandatory if experience is strong)
