Job Summary
Exillar Infotech is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Lead Generator / Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, initiating outreach activities, and creating opportunities for the Business Development team.
The role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to prospecting, and the ability to build meaningful connections with potential clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential prospects through LinkedIn, online directories, databases, and other lead generation platforms.
- Generate qualified leads based on predefined target criteria and business requirements.
- Conduct outreach through email campaigns, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other communication channels.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the Business Development team with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent prospecting activities.
- Qualify leads by understanding client requirements, challenges, and business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and activities within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report lead generation performance and conversion metrics.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Lead Generation, Sales Development, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation tools.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and prospecting methodologies.
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales tracking tools.
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve monthly targets.
- Professional approach to client communication and relationship building.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT Services, Software Development, SaaS, or Technology-related industries.
- Familiarity with international markets and client outreach.
- Knowledge of email automation and prospecting tools.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
