Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Insurance Executive to promote loan and insurance products, generate leads, and maintain strong customer relationships. The candidate should have good communication skills and knowledge of financial products such as personal loans, business loans, health insurance, life insurance, and motor insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell loan and insurance products to customers
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and telecalling
- Explain policy benefits, loan eligibility, interest rates, and repayment options
- Assist customers in completing documentation and application processes
- Follow up with clients for renewals, EMI collections, and policy servicing
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and insurance companies for approvals
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
- Maintain customer database and prepare sales reports
- Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Sales and customer handling experience
- Basic knowledge of banking, loans, and insurance products
- Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure
- Good computer and MS Office knowledge
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate / MBA preferred
- Experience in loans, insurance, banking, or financial services is an advantage
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
