Project Role Description : Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Experience with all aspects of the system implementation, conduct fit-gap analysis, and provide post-implementation technical support.
2. Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer
3. Flexible to work in different time zones
4. Ability to understand the issue and provide solutions
Professional & Technical Skills:
1. SAP SuccessFactors Compensation certification is required. (mandatory)
2. Strong hands on experience in Compensation to configure and validate integration with EC
3.Manage data loads for compensation worksheet initialization
4. Troubleshoot compensation worksheet issues, budgets, currency conversions, and data gaps
Additional Information:
1.Support quarterly release and regression testing
2.EC certification ( good to have)
3.Capability to manage timelines during comp cycles
4.Experience in HR transformation projects (nice to have)
