Works Manager – Automobile (Key Responsibilities)
- Oversee day-to-day workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Achieve productivity, efficiency, and turnaround time targets.
- Maintain high quality standards with minimal rework and warranty claims.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Supervise and train technicians, supervisors, and support staff.
- Monitor workshop costs and improve profitability.
- Ensure compliance with OEM guidelines, company policies, and statutory norms.
- Implement safety practices for a zero-accident workplace.
- Prepare and submit operational and performance reports (MIS).
- Drive continuous improvement and adopt best practices for service excellence.
- Note: Must have auto mobile Exprieances
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
