Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and converting high-quality leads. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop relationships with potential clients seeking real estate opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, property viewings and provide thorough information to prospective buyers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Negotiate property sales and contracts to achieve favorable terms for clients.
- Market properties effectively through various channels to attract interested buyers.
- Collaborate with presales, legal, finance, and other teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Generate qualified leads through channel partners, referrals, networking, and site walk-ins.
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM records.
- Coordinate with legal, CRM, and accounts teams for booking documentation and collections.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales only from Real estate Industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation and relationship management skills. Proficiency with real estate software and MS Office
- Proficiency in CRM and MS Excel
- Experience in residential and commercial property sales preferred
- Candidates from the Real Estate industry only
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
