Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their beauty and skincare requirements.
- Recommend suitable beauty, skincare, haircare, and personal care products.
- Demonstrate products and provide personalized beauty consultations.
- Achieve monthly sales and store targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain product displays, visual merchandising, and store hygiene.
- Manage billing support, stock replenishment, and inventory checks.
- Keep up to date with new product launches and beauty trends.
- Participate in promotional campaigns and in-store events.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Graduate.
- 0–3 years of experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, skincare, or customer service.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for beauty are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam; basic English is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, sales orientation, and customer-first approach.

Work Timings
- Rotational Shifts
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Weekly Off as per company policy.
