Frameboxx Institute is looking for a Business Development Associate to handle student counselling and admissions.
Responsibilities
- Counsel students about courses and career options.
- Handle incoming leads and enquiries.
- Follow up with students through calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert enquiries into walk-ins and admissions.
- Explain course details, fees, and admission process.
- Maintain lead and follow-up details in CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the team for admission activities.
Requirements
- 1 – 3 years of experience in admission counselling, education sales, or business development.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and good at follow-ups.
- Experience in the education industry is preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
