- Assist in manpower planning and recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, and consultants.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
2. Training & Development
- Identify employee training needs with department coordination.
- Assist in preparing annual training calendars and schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Maintain training attendance, feedback, and evaluation records.
- Support employee skill development and learning initiatives.
- Prepare training reports and effectiveness analysis.
3. Performance Management System (PMS)
- Support implementation of the company PMS process.
- Coordinate KPI/KRA data collection from departments.
- Assist in performance appraisal documentation and review cycles.
- Maintain employee performance records and reports.
- Follow up with departments for timely completion of appraisals.
- Help analyze performance data and employee development plans.
4. HR Documentation & Coordination
- Maintain HR MIS and employee-related documentation.
- Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, training, and PMS.
- Coordinate with departments for smooth HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Qualification
- MBA in HR.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment, training, and PMS processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.
