A Telecaller is responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to customers, explaining products or services, generating leads, answering queries, and maintaining customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Generate leads and follow up with customers
Maintain records of calls and customer details
Achieve daily or monthly calling targets
Coordinate with sales or support teams when required
Requirements
Good communication skills in English and/or regional languages
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to convince and interact politely with customers
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Qualification
