We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and professional Front Office Executive / Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our hotel guests. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to handle front desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Manage check-in and check-out processes smoothly
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
- Answer phone calls, emails, and reservations
- Maintain front desk records and booking details
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest requirements
- Ensure a positive guest experience at all times
- Handle billing, payments, and basic cash transactions
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in hotel reception or front office
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hotel booking systems preferred)
- Ability to work in flexible shifts
