- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Assist in attendance management, leave administration, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and wellness initiatives.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisal coordination.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other administrative documentation.
- Collaborate with department managers to fulfill staffing and HR operational requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist functions.
- Freshers with relevant internships may also be considered.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with payroll, attendance, and leave management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRMS software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
