Job Summary
The QC Officer is responsible for ensuring that raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods meet the company's quality standards. The role involves inspections, testing, documentation, and coordinating with production teams to maintain product quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- To prepare the In-house specification, Standard test procedures, MSDS, MOA & COA. Raw materials Packing Material Bulk products Finished products
- Sampling, Analysis & reporting of following Raw materials Packing Material Bulk products Finished products
- To maintain control samples, retention samples of following: Raw materials Packing Material Bulk products Finished products
- IPQC: In-process quality control FGQC: Finished good quality control check To maintain daily & monthly calibration records of all equipment. To maintain log book records of all equipment. Sampling, chemical & microbial Analysis & reporting of purified water. To send finished good samples for micro analysis to outside laboratories. Stability studies. All the duties assigned by Q.C. manager.
