Role Summary
Infozech is seeking an experienced Tower & Telecom Domain SME to work onsite at a customer location as a Program / Account Manager. The role combines domain expertise, delivery ownership, and customer relationship management to ensure successful program execution and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program delivery for assigned customer account(s)
- Act as primary SPOC for the customer on delivery, planning, and escalations
- Manage governance, reviews, risks, and SLAs
- Provide tower/telco domain expertise across tenancy, lease, O&M, billing, and reconciliation
- Translate business needs into functional requirements for Infozech solutions
- Coordinate with internal product, engineering, QA, and support teams
- Support UAT, go-live, and post-production stabilization
- Identify opportunities for account growth and solution expansion
Required Skills & Experience
- 10–15 years experience in Tower / Telecom domain
- Strong understanding of tower lifecycle and telecom operations
- Experience in Program / Account Management roles
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently at customer location
- Exposure to OSS/BSS or tower management systems preferred
Qualifications
- Engineering / Management degree preferred
- Prior experience as SME, Delivery Lead, Program Manager, or Account Manager
