Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Preferred Industry: PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) Industry
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager to oversee production operations, manage manpower, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely execution of production activities. Candidates with prior experience in the PEB Industry will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day production operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per project timelines.
- Monitor fabrication, welding, and manufacturing processes.
- Maintain quality standards and minimize material wastage.
- Handle manpower planning, shift management, and team coordination.
- Coordinate with design, planning, and dispatch departments.
- Ensure machine maintenance and smooth factory operations.
- Prepare production reports and maintain MIS records.
- Ensure safety compliance and proper workplace discipline.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of production planning and fabrication processes.
- Experience in PEB manufacturing and structural fabrication.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of quality control and industrial safety standards.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Production/Manufacturing.
- Candidates from PEB Industry will be preferred.
- Experience in structural steel fabrication and factory operations is an added advantage.
