Job Description – Digital Marketing Specialist (EdTech)Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to generate student admissions.
- Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Search, Display, and YouTube advertising campaigns.
- Drive lead generation through performance marketing and improve conversion rates.
- Develop and execute SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and WhatsApp marketing strategies.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Optimize marketing budgets to achieve the best return on investment (ROI).
- Coordinate with the content, design, and video teams for marketing creatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance to improve results.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, campaign performance, and marketing KPIs.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in EdTech or Education.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Performance Marketing.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with AI-based marketing and automation tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and campaign management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet lead generation targets.
Pay: ₹10,061.52 - ₹40,988.08 per month
