KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and manage tenders, quotations and contract documentation for construction projects.
- Prepare detailed Rate Analysis for civil construction works.
- Study and evaluate BOQ, tender documents, specifications and scope of work.
- Review drawings and understand project requirements before tender submission.
- Prepare cost estimates, material/labour requirements and project rates.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors and internal project teams for accurate costing.
- Compare market rates and obtain quotations from suppliers/subcontractors.
- Prepare tender submissions and ensure timely submission of bids.
- Support contract negotiation, rate finalization and commercial documentation.
- Identify variations, deviations and additional work requirements.
- Maintain tender records, cost data and rate databases.
- Coordinate with site and planning teams for project-related commercial requirements.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong knowledge of Tendering & Contracting
Excellent knowledge of Rate Analysis & Cost Estimation
Ability to read and interpret Civil/Structural Drawings
Proficiency in MS Excel / Advanced Excel
Working knowledge of MS Project
Working knowledge of AutoCAD
Good understanding of BOQ, specifications and construction methodology
Strong analytical, commercial and negotiation skills
Good communication and coordination skills
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Construction/Civil Engineering industry.
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Candidates with strong experience in tendering, rate analysis and contracts will be preferred.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days are encouraged to apply.
