Job Description : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct IT sales, specifically in the mobile app development sector. This role involves driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr
- Create customized proposals and bids tailored to client requirements
- Communicate with potential clients to understand project needs and present suitable solutions
- Work closely with technical teams to scope, price, and pitch services accurately
- Manage client relationships through the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing
- Maintain and update CRM with leads, status, and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
- Monitor freelancing platform trends to identify new niches or growth areas
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to refine sales strategies
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales pipeline and performance metrics
Desired Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a Related Field.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in an IT or Digital Services Company.
- Hands-on Experience working with freelancing platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, etc.
- Strong skills in Client Communication, Proposal Writing, and Sales Negotiation.
- Basic understanding of Web Development, Mobile Apps, or Digital Marketing Services.
- Proficient in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and basic CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
