Job Summary
TradeMax Academy is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with strong telesales and sales experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, convincing ability, and the capability to achieve business targets consistently.
The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer interaction, follow-ups, sales conversion, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound telesales calls.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into admissions/sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Update CRM and maintain sales records.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales performance.
- Support marketing and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in telesales or business development.
- Experience in target-oriented sales platforms is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer handling ability.
- Positive attitude and professional behavior.
- Ed-Tech experience preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
