Junior Operations Executive – JD
Role: Support end-to-end dark store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily dark store operations.
Follow up with SMs, SIs, and store teams.
Track order fulfillment,delivery performance.
Manage rider performance and productivity.
Monitor inventory movement, stock transfers, and gate passes.
Conduct dark store audits.
Track inventory discrepancies and operational breaches.
Maintain barcode, bin mapping, and stock accuracy.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Track vendor performance, invoices.
Escalate operational issues and business risks.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
Draft operational emails, reports, and management updates.
Support new store launches and operational projects.
Ensure SOP adherence across all locations.
Experience
1–3 years in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Dark Store Operations.
Pay: ₹10,806.31 - ₹31,470.59 per month
