Position: HR Executive
Location: Angamaly, Kochi

Industry Preference: Food Manufacturing (Mandatory)
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience in the Food Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee records, onboarding, attendance, statutory HR documentation, and supporting day-to-day HR operations. Candidates residing in Angamaly or nearby locations will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
- Assist in payroll inputs and maintain HR-related reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Handle employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Maintain HRMIS and ensure accurate employee data management.
- Support performance management and training activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of HR experience in the Food Manufacturing industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Mandatory Requirements
- Food Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates from Angamaly or nearby locations will be given preference.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
