External Job Description
Job Purpose
To head the HR function in the unit, and to formulate ER-IR/HR strategy for the Unit ensuring harmonious Industrial Relations, driving HR agenda and managing critical change management initiatives.
Business Responsibility Areas
HR Business Partner responsibilities
Statutory compliances and contract labour management:
- Ensure 100% statutory compliance related to labour laws.
- Responsible for laisioning with statutory authorities.
- Contract Labour Management and compliances
Learning and development:
- Responsible for learning and development of employees
- Designing of developmental interventions
- Collaborate with Corporate functions for deployment of various learning platforms
Employee engagement:
- Drive employee engagement activities in the unit.
- Ensure the on-time redressal of employee grievance.
- Drive wellness agenda for employees.
- Ensure employee participation in various initiatives.
Recruitment:
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, induction areas for Executives and Operators at plant.
HR, Security:
- Lead the security and gate control process. Perform periodical audit and ensure the system.
- Facility Management like Canteen, OHC and transportation.
- Ensure availability of seamless IT system for business operations (in support with central IT team)
