About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee on-site activities for Vastu consultation and implementation projects. The candidate will coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of site work as per Vastu recommendations and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per Vastu guidelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, and civil teams.
- Conduct site inspections and provide regular progress updates to management.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work within quality standards.
- Maintain site discipline, safety, and cleanliness.
- Assist in measurements, material coordination, and work scheduling.
- Handle client coordination during site visits and project execution.
- Report any site issues, delays, or deviations immediately.
- Maintain basic documentation, site reports, and attendance records.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of construction, interior, or renovation work.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage labor and multiple vendors at site.
- Practical problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp reporting preferred.
- Willingness to travel for site visits if required.
Qualification
- Diploma / Graduate in Civil, Interior, Architecture, or related field preferred.
- Relevant experience in site supervision, interiors, construction, or renovation projects.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Energetic and disciplined professional with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites if required.
- Prior experience with interior, architectural, or Vastu-related projects will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
