We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer + Video Editor who can create high-quality social media creatives, ad creatives, reels, short-form videos, corporate videos, and branding content for Codexxa and our clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design
- Create high-quality social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, and promotional creatives.
- Design Meta Ads and Google Ads creatives focused on better engagement and conversions.
- Create branding materials such as brochures, presentations, posters, flyers, standees, and other marketing materials.
- Design e-commerce product creatives for Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency across different clients and industries.
- Understand creative briefs and convert ideas into professional visual designs.
- Research current social media and advertising design trends.
Video Editing
- Edit Instagram Reels, Facebook videos, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
- Create engaging short-form video content with strong hooks, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and motion graphics.
- Edit corporate videos, testimonial videos, product videos, and performance marketing ads.
- Create different video variations for Meta Ads and other paid campaigns.
- Work with raw footage and transform it into polished marketing content.
- Understand storytelling, video pacing, audience retention, and attention-grabbing editing styles.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Knowledge of After Effects will be an advantage.
- Experience with Canva is preferred.
- Understanding of social media content formats and aspect ratios.
- Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta Ads creative formats.
- Good understanding of typography, colour combinations, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work on multiple client brands and industries.
- Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.
- Ability to complete work within deadlines.
Preferred Candidate
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply.
- Previous experience in a digital marketing agency will be an advantage.
- Candidate should be creative, responsible, and willing to learn new design and video trends.
- Must be comfortable working from the Pune office.
