Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Support onboarding and documentation processes.
- Assist in employee engagement and HR activities.
- Handle basic HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate follow-ups with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
Key Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM/BBA in HR or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with MS Office and job portals is preferred.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
