Job Requirements
Role: Area Manager – LFS

Manage and drive sales for the assigned area across LFS stores

Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets

Execute marketing initiatives, VM guidelines, and promotions in stores

Monitor store performance and implement corrective actions

Manage dealer/partner relationships and ensure smooth operations

Drive staff productivity through training and engagement

Ensure stock availability and maintain store standards
Experience Required: 4–6 years in retail sales/channel management with team handling experience
