About the Role
SkinQure is looking for an experienced and skilled MD Dermatologist to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in clinical dermatology, cosmetology, aesthetic procedures, laser treatments, injectables, and hair restoration, along with experience working in a corporate/premium dermatology or aesthetic clinic environment.
The candidate should be confident in patient consultation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and performing aesthetic and procedural treatments while maintaining high standards of patient care.
Educational Qualification
- MD / DNB in Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy (Dermatology) – Mandatory
- Valid medical registration with the appropriate medical council.
- Additional certifications in aesthetic medicine, cosmetology, lasers, injectables, or hair restoration will be an added advantage.
Required Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant post-MD clinical experience.
- Prior experience in a corporate dermatology, aesthetic, cosmetology, or premium clinic is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with aesthetic procedures and hair-related treatments is required.
Key Skills & Clinical Expertise
The candidate should have practical knowledge and experience in:
Dermatology
- Diagnosis and treatment of common and complex dermatological conditions.
- Acne, pigmentation, scars, hair loss, infections, allergies, and other skin conditions.
- Developing customized treatment plans based on patient requirements.
Cosmetology & Aesthetics
- Advanced aesthetic and cosmetic procedures.
- Skin rejuvenation and skin-quality improvement treatments.
- Patient assessment and customized aesthetic treatment planning.
Injectables
- Botox
- Dermal Fillers
- Facial contouring and rejuvenation procedures.
- Knowledge of injection techniques, patient assessment, contraindications, and post-procedure care.
Laser Treatments
- Experience with dermatological and aesthetic laser procedures.
- Laser-based treatments for pigmentation, acne scars, hair reduction, skin rejuvenation, etc.
- Understanding of appropriate laser selection, settings, precautions, and aftercare.
Hair & Hair Transplant
- Diagnosis and management of hair loss and scalp disorders.
- Experience with hair restoration procedures.
- Hair Transplant experience is preferred/required.
- Knowledge of pre- and post-transplant patient management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed patient consultations and clinical assessments.
- Diagnose dermatological, aesthetic, and hair-related concerns.
- Recommend and explain appropriate treatment plans to patients.
- Perform dermatological, cosmetic, laser, injectable, and hair procedures safely and professionally.
- Ensure proper patient counselling regarding procedures, expected outcomes, risks, and aftercare.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Monitor patient progress and provide appropriate follow-up.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, hygiene standards, and patient safety guidelines.
- Work closely with counsellors and clinic teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Maintain a professional and patient-centric approach at all times.
- Contribute to maintaining the clinical quality and reputation of SkinQure.
Preferred Candidate Profile
We are looking for a doctor who is:
- Clinically strong and confident in patient handling.
- Experienced in aesthetic dermatology and cosmetology.
- Proficient in Botox, fillers, laser procedures, and hair treatments.
- Experienced or exposed to hair transplantation.
- Comfortable working in a corporate/premium clinic environment.
- Excellent in patient communication and counselling.
- Professional, well-groomed, and confident in dealing with premium clientele.
- Ethical, responsible, and committed to maintaining high clinical standards.
- Comfortable working with a multidisciplinary clinic team.
