Travelxp is one of the world’s leading travel channels, present in 110+ countries and rapidly expanding across TV and OTT platforms. We produce all our content in-house and are looking for someone who can bring structure, hustle, and ownership to our production alliances.
Important Note:
The first month will be a training/assessment period, with a stipend of ₹7,500.
About the Role:
As an Alliance Executive, you will be at the intersection of partnerships, production, and on-ground execution. From coordinating with global tourism boards to ensuring seamless shoot execution, this role is fast-paced, demanding, and highly rewarding.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with directors, scriptwriters, and internal teams to understand shoot requirements
- Coordinate with tourism boards, consulates, ministries, and partners for filming permissions and collaborations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with national and international stakeholders
- Maintain and manage a database of partners for ongoing and future collaborations
- Plan and manage detailed itineraries for shoots and travel assignments
- Assist in preparing budgets and ensure shoots are executed within financial limits
- Negotiate and align with talent and external stakeholders
- Act as the on-ground point of contact during shoots, ensuring smooth coordination across teams
- Identify risks and proactively manage challenges during production
- Handle crises and last-minute issues efficiently and calmly
- Ensure all post-shoot documentation, expenses, and reports are submitted accurately
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- High ownership and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel; understanding of production/post-production is a plus
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Passport (or one applied for) is mandatory

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
