Key Responsibilities:
1. Educational Leadership:
§ Develop and communicate a clear educational vision and mission for the school.
§ Supervise and support teaching and administrative staff to ensure effective teaching and learning.
§ Implement and oversee curriculum development and improvement.
§ Monitor and evaluate student performance and academic programs.
§ Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
2. Administrative Management:
§ Manage the day-to-day operations of the school, including budgeting and financial management.
§ Develop and enforce school policies and procedures.
§ Handle student discipline and behaviour management.
§ Coordinate and participate in staff recruitment, training, and evaluation.
§ Ensure compliance with relevant education laws and regulations.
3. Community Engagement:
§ Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and the broader community.
§ Communicate with parents and stakeholders about school activities and student progress.
§ Attend and organize school events, meetings, and conferences.
§ Promote the school's reputation and image within the community.
4. Safety and Security:
§ Ensure the safety and security of students, staff, and school facilities.
§ Develop and implement emergency response plans.
5. Continuous Improvement:
§ Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the school's performance.
§ Stay current with educational trends and best practices
Qualifications:
§ A master's degree in education.
§ Mandatory Leadership experience working as a Principal or School head.
§ Administrative experience in an educational setting.
§ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
§ Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate others.
§ Knowledge of educational policies, regulations, and trends.
§ Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
