We are hiring a dynamic and hands-on General Manager – Operational Excellence to lead productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement across six manufacturing plants. This role will drive world-class operational performance by embedding Lean, Six Sigma, HSSE, and a strong performance-driven culture across the organization.

Lead and drive Operational Excellence initiatives across six plants to achieve world-class performance standards.

Embed a strong HSSE culture into every process, system, and leadership behavior.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives with measurable and sustainable outcomes.

Lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization programs across plants.

Improve productivity, quality, cost, and delivery performance.

Partner with senior leadership to set and achieve new industry benchmarks in safety and efficiency.

Lead large-scale people transformation and culture change initiatives.

Build, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams.

Ensure standardization of best practices across all plants.

Strong leadership and people transformation capability

Deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement
