Job Summary
iROHUB Infotech is looking for enthusiastic and energetic Telecallers to connect with prospective students, explain our training programs, and schedule appointments for the counseling team. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided database.
- Explain courses and training programs offered by the institute.
- Generate and qualify leads for the counseling team.
- Schedule appointments for walk-ins and online counseling sessions.
- Follow up with interested candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the Academic Counselor and Admissions team.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
