Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BE / B.Tech / B.Sc / Any relevant technical qualification * Visit customer factories and sites to provide technical service and support for CNC machines.
* Carry out machine installation, commissioning, inspection, and servicing.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control-related issues.
* Identify the root cause of machine problems and implement appropriate solutions.
* Attend customer service calls and respond to breakdowns and technical issues.
* Perform preventive maintenance and routine machine inspections.
* Assist customers with machine operation and provide basic technical guidance when required.
* Coordinate with CNC machine manufacturers for technical support, troubleshooting, spare parts, and warranty-related issues.
* Maintain proper service reports and records of customer visits, machine issues, and work completed.
Maintain records of customer interactions, enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
* Track market developments, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
* Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
Pay: ₹9,082.88 - ₹28,387.55 per month
