Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams for all social media-related activities.
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client goals.
- Oversee content calendars, creative approvals, and publishing schedules across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and media buyers to deliver high-quality, on-brand content.
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of assets and campaigns.
- Support in new campaign planning, influencer collaborations, contests, and more.
- Attend client meetings and presentations as required.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of social platforms, content formats, and audience behavior.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hootsuite/Later, Google Analytics, etc.
- Basic knowledge of performance marketing and paid campaigns is a plus.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
