Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.

Requirements
- Minimum 10th/12th pass or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.

- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Basic communication skills in English and Hindi.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Captain to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the service team, and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests throughout their dining experience.
- Supervise stewards and ensure smooth floor operations.
- Take orders and recommend menu items to guests.
- Ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for efficient service.
- Train and mentor service staff on SOPs and service standards.
- Monitor table turnover and reservation flow.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with company standards.
- Prepare daily reports and support the Restaurant Manager in operations.
Requirements
- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Captain or Senior Steward in a restaurant, café, or hotel.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of food & beverage service and restaurant operations.
