We are looking for an aggressive, target-driven Sales Executive from the Industrial Lubricant marketing field with strong exposure to Metal Working Fluids (MWF). The candidate must have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building markets across multiple regions, managing and expanding a dealer/distributor network and generating new business from manufacturing clusters.
Job Purpose
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new customers, managing existing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role focuses on customer acquisition, account management, revenue generation, customer retention, and identifying growth opportunities within assigned territories and accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within the assigned territory to expand the customer base and generate revenue.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through market mapping, referrals, networking, and business development activities.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and solution discussions to understand customer requirements and promote ST KOOL products.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business opportunities within company guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Manage customer accounts by providing timely support, addressing concerns, and coordinating issue resolution with internal teams.
- Monitor customer orders and coordinate with Operations, Technical, and Sales Support teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer onboarding.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and business review meetings with customers to strengthen relationships and identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive customer retention, account growth, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collect customer feedback, monitor account health, and identify potential risks to customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, customer acquisition, and revenue targets.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and business development activities.
