Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling electrical/instrumentation products and solutions, developing customer relationships, and supporting business growth through both office coordination and field visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits and client meetings
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when required
- Maintain sales reports and customer records
Required Skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Basic technical knowledge of electrical/instrumentation products
- Strong negotiation and customer-handling abilities
- Willingness to travel for field visits
- Knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools
Qualifications
- BBA / MBA
- B. Tech in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering
