Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced MEPF Engineer to oversee and manage Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting works at construction sites. The candidate will be responsible for execution, coordination, quality control, planning, and ensuring all MEPF activities are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute all MEPF works at project sites.
- Review MEPF drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, and site teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and quality standards.
- Monitor installation of electrical systems, plumbing lines, HVAC systems, and firefighting systems.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues related to MEPF works.
- Verify material quality and approve material requisitions as per project requirements.
- Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) and maintain work records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate testing and commissioning activities of MEPF systems.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical inputs.
- Assist in quantity estimation and billing verification of contractors.
- Maintain proper documentation related to MEPF activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3–8 years of experience in MEPF execution in real estate or construction projects.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
- Understanding of IS codes, safety standards, and site execution practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project coordination.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
