- Handle daily warehouse operations: inward, GRN, putaway, picking, packing & dispatch
- Operate Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately
- Maintain inventory accuracy & cycle counts
- Coordinate with logistics & customer support teams
- Prepare basic reports in Excel (stock, aging, dispatch, returns)
- Ensure SOP compliance and process discipline
